懇懋科技與電信等級SIP應用伺服器領導供應商之一APEXvoice，於新加坡舉辦之CommunicAsia 2008電信展(June 17th-20th, 2008) 中宣佈成為夥伴關係，懇懋成為APEX在台灣地區的加值經銷商。

APEX的OmniVox3D SIP Application Server服務平台，其應用含蓋語音(Voice)與影像(Video)功能、TDM與IP領域、電信與企業等級之多重服務應用伺服器。其產品已獲全球95個國家，超過250個電信運營商及15,000個企業用戶所採用。
