PHITECH Corporation - founded in 1989, is a leading value-added distributor and systems integrator of technology and equipment solutions for telecommunications carriers, Internet service providers (ISPs), and corporate customers in Taiwan. Phitech delivers a comprehensive set of best-of-breed solutions in the key areas required to build a high-performance, cost-effective public and private network infrastructure from end to end.

Phitech has extensive experience in building carrier and ISP networks, providing infrastructure connections and security to these public network facilities, and in providing value added services to consumer. Today the majority of the leading triple players offer solutions using Phitech equipment.

Initially when the company established, it’s focusing on Computer Telephony applications. The Company patented the first “Interactive Voice Stock Trading System” in Taiwan which was fully complied to local regulations and trading habits. In sue of Profession, Honesty, and Innovation has become the company’s sprit since then.

Services Program

Phitech's comprehensive service and support program for end-users and resellers includes: 1) Phitech Advantage Services, which gives end-users a complete portfolio of services from installation to on-going maintenance, and 2) Phitech Channel Services for resellers, which enables resellers with or without in-house service capabilities to offer corporate customers a single source for high quality products and support. A key component of Phitech's service program with the product management and product marketing in the organization,  which enables either Phitech or a participating reseller or end customer to leverage the sizable resources and networking expertise of the organization.

Development of Customization and Tailored Solutions

Phitech will work with customers on the development of customization and tailored solutions on a per contract basis. Ownership of the rights to such solutions, as well as costs associated with the development, are to be negotiated prior to commencement of the development.

Intellectual Property Rights for Critical Software Elements

Phitech has and will continue to work with customers in a consultative capacity for development of additional software elements critical to the deployment of customer's network and management needs.

Intellectual property rights shall be negotiated prior to commencement of the development.

Interoperability with Other Equipment

Phitech, as a normal course of development of customized application or integrated system products, conducts exhaustive interoperability testing with other equipment vendors. Phitech will work with all customers to ensure interoperability with other vendors’ equipment to ensure our systems meet the needs of the customer within their environment.

Phitech Alliance Partner

Phitech Alliance Partner (PAP) is a strategic partnership program that joins the product or application partner to offer total solution to the market timely.

Phitech prepaid service platform developed by ITSP consortiums and Next-Generation telephone companies are already delivering services in prepaid and postpaid applications – from smaller ISPs to the largest Global Carriers.

• Supply Network Service Providers (NSPs) with solutions that integrate the Excel/Dialogic development platform with 3rd party applications.

• Help NSPs to create, implement and maintain Circuit-based Voice and VoIP services. 

• Allow NSPs to quickly generate revenue from their Excel/Dialogic investment.

b.PAP supplies NSPs with:

•  “Best-in-Class” solutions for NSP Service Creation.

• Faster Service Delivery (Turn-up).

• An open interface (the API) which allows NSPs.

–     to buy or build their applications and tailor their service to their customers needs

Phitech Corporation is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan and holds additional engineering facilities in Linko.  Phitech also has sales and support branch offices located throughout Taiwan Island.  Regionally, offices are located in Taichung and Kaohsiung.
